Format changes

XML serialization format has been modified to make it simpler for continuous steering sensors (e.g. SPOT-4, RCM, RISAT-1, IKONOS, etc). The parameters MiddleApertureMin and MiddleApertureMax dissapear and are replaced by the parameter Steerable.

Before	Now

Backwards compatibility:

• SaVoir 5.0.0 will still be capable of reading older formats
• Previous versions of SaVoir cannot read the new format
